Magway Division
 

Magwe is situated in middle of Myanmar Located is 530km. North of Yangon on Yangon-Pyay-Mandalay Road; on the eastern banks of Ayeyarwaddy River. It is close boarder with Sagaing Division, Mandalay Division, Bago Division, Rakhine State and Chin State. The area is 17305 sq miles with population of 4 million. Mostly Myanmar people live there along with Chins. The name of capital is Magwe.

Magwe is hot all year round temperature is between 100 degrees F and has less rain, the average rainfall is 22" to 27".

Magwe you can travel by road, approximately 8 hours from Yangon.
